Capitalize from the Smart Grid

Learn how Smart Grid technologies and management strategies
will help save energy and generate revenue

A Smart Grid adds full communications and transparency to the electrical distribution network known as the “grid”. It allows grid managers, utility companies, and consumers to work together to make generating and delivering electricity more efficient and cost-effectively. Building owners will benefit from this transition by preparing their buildings for the Smart Grid.

Two-way communication, proactive energy use management, on-site energy generation, demand-side management, and onsite storage are some of the tools currently being used to prepare buildings for the Smart Grid and save organizations money. Who should attend? Large and small businesses, renters, facilities managers, property managers, schools and universities, hospitals, municipalities etc.

Stephen Boyle Manager of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, State Government Policy | PJM
